You may have heard of The 75 Hard online or in your social circles. But we wanted to make a challenge of our own – for the mind, body, and spirit.
Cue: The 75 Wild.
Here’s how it works:
- Daily hot or cold therapy
- Daily meditation practice (10-min minimum)
- Daily movement (45-min minimum with at least 3x/week resistance training)
- 1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight each day
- 1hr before bed - no more screen time
Do these things every day for 75 days… If you miss a day, restart from Day 1!
Here's How to Participate:
Join the Wild Health Discord group for the ‘75 Wild’ challenge. The channel is open to the public, so get your friends or family members involved by sharing the link with them! All are welcome, a Wild Health patient or not.
Use the tag #75Wild on social media to share your activity and progress. Tag @wildhealthmd and watch our account for reposts and inspiration. Share your updates each week to keep your community and loved ones involved (or inspired), as well.
Strike a pose! Take before, during, and after photos to track your transformation – take note of how you’re feeling and not just how you look.
