Celest holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a double minor in Neuroscience &Psychology from The University of Texas in Austin. She has over 16 years of experience coaching exercise, nutrition, and offering mindfulness techniques. She is currently a Certified Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Breath Coach, CrossFit L2 trainer, along with several CrossFit certifications, and is a former affiliate owner of 6 years.
Celest believes that foundational principals of health: sleep, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness
(breathwork and being in nature are her favorites), are directly correlated to our mental and physical health and the mind-body connection. When we live in accordance with these foundational principles, as well as utilize modern advancements in science, we open the doorway to optimizing our mental and physical health and performance to our fullest expression.
It is her desire to be an advocate of holistic health; utilizing a root-cause approach, blending ancient wisdom with modern advancements to bring awareness, guidance, and resources to enhance our human experience.
For fun, Celest enjoys seeking and learning from thought leaders in the health / fitness arena. She
also enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, trail running, kayaking, and spending time with her
husband and 3 young children; a boy and identical twin girls.
