Celest holds a Bachelor of Sceince in Kinesiology with a double minor in Neuroscience and Psychology. With over 16 years of experience, she is a Certified Health Coach, yoga instructor, breath coach, and CrossFit L-2 trainer, with several additional CrossFit certifications to her name. Celest’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that the foundational principles of health – sleep, movement, nutrition, and mindfulness – are directly correlated to our mental and physical wellbeing.
