Dr. Courtney Maiden

Dr. Courtney Maiden is a board-certified Family Physician who practices integrative and functional medicine. She first became interested in holistic health during medical school when her aunt reversed an autoimmune condition using dietary and lifestyle modifications alone – despite being told otherwise by providers in the traditional medical system. During residency, Dr. Maiden began learning about functional medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and followed that by completing the Wild Health Precision Medicine Training Program. Outside of work and providing preventative care to patients, Dr. Maiden enjoys spending quality time with her husband Joe and new baby, Malakai.
