We have recently transitioned to a new electronic health record (EHR) system, Vibrant Practice, to provide a more modern and integrated patient experience. During the system transition this weekend, access will be temporarily restricted and will resume on Monday, March 9, 2026. If you are a current patient, please check your email inbox or junk/spam folder for an invitation coming March 9, 2026. If you do not see the invitation, please contact support@wildhealth.com. In your message, kindly confirm your name and email address, and our team will promptly resend the invitation.

What this means for you:

Going forward you will access your health requests and medical request through the Vibrant Practice application.

You’ll have access to a patient-facing app where you can:
• Schedule and manage appointments, including video sessions
• Message our care team securely
• Access care protocols, important documents, and after-visit summaries

To ensure continuity of care, existing appointments and medical records will be moved from our current system into the new system as part of this transition.
